Member Application
&
AUXILIARY Application
We
recommend that your print out and read through the entire
application form. We have made a few updates to the application
form and the
process from the previous years.
Fill out the
application and all the associated paper work and return it to
the AVFD. It is highly recommended that you
visit our firehouse prior to submitting the application. This
visit will help you decide if your future goals match what we
offer at the AVFD.
After your
application has been reviewed, you will be contacted by a member
of our membership committee to appear for an
interview. This is a good time to ask specific questions
about our firehouse and our policies and procedures. Please
review the FAQ listed at the bottom of this page for a quick
overview of the application process and your responsibilities as
a new member at AVFD.
