Large Hall

The Arbutus Fire Hall is located at the Firehouse.

LARGE Hall can Seats 360 / up to 76 Tables (3'x5')

Pricing: $180/hr

If you need additional space, our small hall, pavilion etc can be arranged at a negotiated price.

As an exclusive offer for our Large Hall renters, we have included our main kitchen for your use. We request that the kitchen be cleaned after your use or we can help you for an additional $150.

Main Classroom

AVFD has two classrooms that are available for Daily, Multi-Day and Long-Term rental. Long Term and Multi-Day rental agreements have a lower per-day cost over the rental period.

Long term or Multi-Day rentals are available

Small Classroom

Available January - December

Small Class room seats 30 / 10 tables (3'x5')

Pricing: $100/hr

Long term or Multi-Day rentals are available.

Outdoor Pavilion

No minimum time

$60.00/hr.

Set-up/breakdown - $100.00 each

Pavilion must be clean on contract close. We can clean up for an additional $100.00
